MOVING SALE - Colonial style furniture in Nepean, Ontario for sale

My mother is selling her furniture & other items. Will consider reasonable offers. This is a local sale only.
7-pc Braemore bedroom set (colonial style)
Solid wood construction. Purchased in 1984 & in very good condition.
-- Dresser (7 drawers) & mirror: 5'3" w x 1'6" d x 2'7" h (6'8 ½" w/mirror)
-- 2 end tables with 2 drawers: 2'3" w x 1'4" d x 2' h
-- Man's dresser (3 small drawers, 1 long drawer + 3 shelves): 3'6 ½" x 1'5 ½" d x 4'7" tall
-- Headboard & footboard (Queen, frame adjusts to Double)
Colonial style living room furniture
Solid wood construction. Couches are in crushed velour. Purchased in 1984. Pieces can be sold separately. (NO PHOTOS OF LOVESEAT YET.)
-- 1 couch (3-seater) in floral crush velour pattern - 6'4 ½" w x 2'9"d x 2'9" h
-- 1 loveseat in solid red crush velour - 4'6 ½"w x 2'9"d x 2'9" h
-- 1 chair in solid red crush velour - ? w x 2'9"d x 2'9" h
-- 1 square coffee table (2'11 ½" x 2'9"h) with 2 matching end tables (2'4"w x 2'9"d x 2'9"h each)
Dining room set also purchased in 1984 + 2 quilted tablecloths (protectors) in both sizes. (NO PHOTOS YET.)
-- China cabinet in very good condition: 3'10" w x 1'4" d x 5'11" h
-- Round table which can be extended to seat 6: 3'7 ½" round x 2'5" h (tabletop needs refinishing)
-- 4 cane chairs - 1 with arms (you may want to recover the seat on a few of the chairs).
Vintage Colonial style coffee tables with storage - solid wood construction, purchased in the late 1960s. (PHOTOS NOT YET AVAILABLE)
-- Long table with 2 storage boxes attached: 4' ½" w x 1'7"d x 1'8" h
-- End table with drawer: 1'7" w x 2'3 ½" d x 1'11" h
Lace curtains in cream (wall approx. 18'16" in length). May need dry cleaning.
Note: there was a smoker in the apartment.
