1971 Guild F-30 NT (PRICED TO SELL) in Nepean, Ontario for sale

I am the second owner of this American made 1971 Guild F-30 NT acoustic electric and I recently had the frets leveled and crowned, bridge pick-up rewired and the action lowered with new light gauge strings.
Guitar has a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides and rosewood fretboard, with original tuners and bridge.
This guitar is showing signs of normal playing wear and some backside buckle rash but plays and sounds amazing and overall is in very good condition.
Comes with humidifier and hardshell case as shown.
