I'm a young professional female who enjoys going out and being social as much as I enjoy down time at home watching movies and relaxing. I'm 20, and attending school in the following year. I've got a small dog so being a dog lover is necessary. I'm ideally looking for a female roommate. You will be responsible for furnishing your own room. No cats.
I require a last months rent deposit upon signing the lease. Rent is $675 plus hydro and wifi (we will split these)
Please non-smokers only! I'm looking to share my home with someone so an established trust will need to be made prior to moving in. I'm easy going but expect rent to be paid on time and to clean up after yourself in the common areas.
