Available immediately to a non smoking (of anything!), non partying, male or female who likes cats. Your room features unlimited high speed WiFi, Bell Fibe TV, lots of storage and sunlight. Your room is available partly, completely or non furnished. In your room there is a full sized desk perfect for studying, working on your computer, writing a best seller etc! Rent is inclusive of all but parking.
I have a great location that is very central and well served by OC Transpo. Downtown is only one bus away!! Express buses run close by too! For car owners the 417 is very close by as are Carling Avenue, Merivale and Island Park Drive. For the accident prone the Civic Hospital is close and i have an 'in' there! On top of that I offer on site laundry & parking. Westgate and Hampton Park malls are a 5 to 8 minute walk from my front door. If that wasn't enough already I am home to a very charming, mischievous feline character named Patch Adams! He and his friends are easy indoor cats to live with as long as nothing interferes with chow time!!!
Speaking of animals-unfortunately Patch is not willing to share his audience so it would be best if you don't have a cat. One smallish, well behaved dog or most other pets would be welcomed though!!
Let me see, what else? Oh! I am a great place for a vegetarian and/or a horse lover! Neither are deal breakers if you aren't though.
