The $535 is inclusive, other than shared items the only extra expense would be parking if you need it. Your room is available partially or completely furnished.
I am a very quiet, non smoking (anything), non drug user and sensible person looking for the same in a roommate.
I love animals but my own feline posse have ruled that no more cats can move in!! They do agree a smallish, well behaved dog would be fun.
