I cover internet, heat+hydro Tenant is welcomed to contribute if they require more heat etc.

the whole condo is shared with me:

Balcony with BBQ
Close to express route 293 which runs south to Quebec
93 normal route
Comes with 1 parking spot as I do not drive atm
