Couple in their 40's have a room for rent in their 3 bedroom townhome.You will have access to the backyard and bbq as well as shared kitchen and bath and use of laundry machines in basement.Room is 10ft x 11ft and closet in room is 2ft deep x 3ft wide. We live in a quiet neighborhood near Meadowlands and Fisher. We are looking for a reliable and responsible person who is also clean and respectful.The room is furnished with a bed and dressers but should you have your own furnishings they can be removed upon your request. Heat and hydro is included in your rent but cable and internet are not. Smokers or non smokers we will adhere to your lifestyle in that reguard.We have 1 dog and 1 cat both are quiet and friendly. $500 required up front for first months rent, last months rent can be paid to us at a later date.
