Working Couple (ages 30 and 35) looking for a roommate to rent a room in our 3 story townhome off Centerpoint dr to a quiet, clean, respectful, reliable, and preferably non-cigarette smoking individual. (or must go outside for cigarettes)

I have a large breed dog (Husky, Rotti) She's super quiet, and stays by our side or is crated when we are not home.
We have 2 indoor cats who have their own separate litter room which I clean everyday.
Because of the amount of animals we prefer to not have anymore cats or dogs. Reptiles or small animals in your room is ok.
The house has 2.5 baths, so you pretty much have your own bathroom.
Internet, basic cable, hydro, heat, laundry etc is all included. we have a car and truck but a 4 lane drive so parking is not an issue.
We do have a hot tub, a pool in summer, and a pool table that we prefer to be used with us and not as a free for all (just in case of inadvertent damage).
We also have two living areas on separate floors with couch and tv. We mostly watch tv/game in our room anyways so you will always have somewhere for your own space.
We are steps away from 95 bus stop, 178 and a few others at meadowlands/woodroffe intersection. 5-10 min walk to baseline station and algonquin college.
