Seeking Room mate in Semi-Detached home (All Inclusive!) in Nepean, Ontario

My girlfriend and I own our home, and we are looking for a new Roommate in the second largest bedroom available. We are located on Downsview Cres, which backs onto the forest & park for the area. The useable square footage of the room is approx. 10 X 11 feet.
We are asking for $600 ($620 with Rogers Box in room), with first and last months rent up front. This includes all utilities; Rogers VIP cable (tonnes of Sports & HD), Second fastest internet from Rogers with Unlimited Bandwidth, Heat/AC, Gas, and Water. We just ask room mates to be mindful and turn off items when not in use.
All rooms throughout the house are common areas, and we all work together to support the household. When used respectfully, I am fine with roommates using any of my stuff around the house (Bar, Computer LAN area, 3D Plasma TV with surround, etc.). We have three washrooms, equipped with two showers, so there is rarely issues regarding washrooms. There is no smoking in the house, so the garage is furnished, has heating/AC and has an air scrubber. The garage also boasts Netflix, and my collection of almost all old school gaming systems. Mary visits daily with us in the Garage to help after a long day.
We also run a majority of the common areas on a 'number system'. That way in places like the front entrance, kitchen shelving, washroom drawer, closet, etc. there is never an argument over space as each roommate has their allocated spot. We all pitch in on common items for the house, and I pick them up from Costco. Around $30 a month is to be expected for things like; all forms of detergents and soaps, common kitchen items (becel, mustard, ketchup, etc.), all cleaning products, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex).
We expect a mature & responsible individual whom can take on his own responsibilities without reminders or charts to follow. As long as you can clean up after yourself, respect the property, and pitch in on common duties then we will get along great :D.
As the pictures show, the house was renovated over the last two years. I purchased the home from a hoarder, and have spent the time revamping the house with friends. Since everything is in near new condition, cleanliness and respect are of high value to us :)
