About me:
I'm a young professional female who enjoys going out and being social as much as I enjoy down time at home watching movies and relaxing. I've got a small dog so being a dog lover is necessary. Not willing to live with cats sorry, they generally don't like my dog and I'm fairly allergic. I'm ideally looking for a female roommate.
I require a last months rent deposit upon signing the lease to ensure you're serious about moving in and securing your room within the condo. Rent is $650 plus hydro and wifi (we will split these) comes to about $40-50 each.
Please non-smokers only I have asthma. I'm looking to share my home with someone so an established trust will need to be made prior to moving in! I'm easy going but expect rent to be paid on time and to clean up after yourself in the common areas.
Available November 1st. Lease is 6 months and you have the opportunity to renew it if things go well between us.
